I agree, although it depends on what you want to call work. For example, if I had enough money that I didn't need to work, I would still have plenty of productive projects to work on, but they may not make any money. There are plenty of open source projects I'd like to start/work on that would benefit greatly from being able to work on them "full-time", but I wouldn't make any money off of them (at least not without being more creative about how to monetize them than I've been so far).
