I couldn't find hard resets to my drum unit/fuser. No soft ones too. Here the replacement costs more than I would pay for a new printer. And, what makes me sick, the quality was as good as brand new, so the "we limit the amount of printings because we care about the quality loss" yada-yada is pure #@$#*!$@
