ok but what is the definition of terrorism then, and how does two intentional explosive devices in the middle of one of the most densely populated cities in the USA not count as terrorism?
- dqv 10y agoIt's when someone uses violence to "enforce" their political beliefs. It's not that it doesn't count as terrorism... just that there isn't sufficient information to determine that the act was terrorism. If someone just wants to bomb a bunch of people with no political motivation, then it's not terrorism.
