That's crazy how could that ever help counter anti western propaganda? Just look at how easy it is to control 300 million fat lazy cable TV watching Americans. And how hard it is to control a handful of dirt poor ruined demoralized youths with no possible future (or the other way around). This pattern has played out over and over, so many times and so many places it's just a known fact.
