  Your math is way off. 2 million annually works out to about 40k a week, so not sure where your 1600 a day comes from.

    In my head I divided by 52 but then for some reason divided again by 4 thinking that was per month.

  $2,000,000 / (6 * 52) = $6,410 sales per day, assuming a 6 day work week. average NY check = $48.56 according to Zagat[0], so you can back that out the above number to 132 diners per night.
