What do you do about all the people who cancel but don't return equipment?
- grahamburger 10y agoGood question. Usually if you just make scheduling an uninstall part of the cancellation process you don't lose too much equipment. The most expensive stuff is on the roof, so sometimes you can schedule to pick it up even if they're not home. Or you can always try to ask for a deposit on the equipment.
