Ask HN: OldGeekJobs– Evolving the MVP

Tim Bray’s post "Old Geek" was the impetus I needed to create the MVP for OldGeekJobs.com. It made HN yesterday, and the response was tremendous: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=12506232 I received a ton of supportive e-mails, and a backlog of jobs I still need to review. Slapping a name on a website won’t be enough to drive long-term adoption though. What if I made jobs filterable by the age(s) of the the technical interviewers? If you're 35, would you prefer to be interviewed by people your age or older?
