No, that's not why they built it (they built it before starting their business) and I don't believe it's why they maintain it.
- bentlegen 10y agoI just want to point out that whether they built it before or after starting their business doesn't really matter. It's definitely a part of how they promote React Training today (see: moving the project to the ReactTraining GitHub organization, or how many times react-router is mentioned on their marketing website). Not that I have a problem with that; all the more power to them. Especially if it helps support development of these libraries.
