I don't see how this is getting "his wish, in the worst way". Wasn't one of their stated goals "to accelerate the advent of sustainable transport?" (https://www.tesla.com/blog/all-our-patent-are-belong-you https://www.tesla.com/blog/all-our-patent-are-belong-you) It sounds like that goal is finally starting to become successful. We should all be grateful at the economic pressure Tesla applied to change the market. I hope that our next milestone is to see more EV sold than Combustion vehicles.
