Show HN: Service level observability and analytics tool for DevOps/SREs

Netsil is a self-hosted product meant for API and microservices driven web-scale applications. We generate an auto-discovered, live topology of services and their interactions of cloud applications. This enables DevOps/SREs to gain deep visibility into service health, set up SLA based alerting, and troubleshoot faster by being able to visually identify hotspots and performance choke-points. Netsil is framework-agnostic because it does not require any change to application code - there is no code embedded agent. We use a remote PCAP forwarder, or a local SSL proxy for encrypted traffic, to capture service interactions. API calls are reconstructed from network packets and service topology is built by grouping hosts/containers based on similarity of API end-points.
