Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Clinton pardon a guy who ran to another country to avoid prosecution here (USA)?
- tptacek 10y agoYeah, Mark Rich. Ok, not without precedent. (Mark Rich cooperated and was pardoned conditionally, for whatever that's worth).
