- arjunnarayan 10y agoThe naming scheme is: Alan Shepard (first American into suborbital) -> New Shepard (Blue Origin rocket to do reusable suborbital) John Glenn (first American into orbit) -> New Glenn (Blue Origin rocket to do reusable orbits) Neil Armstrong (first American to land on the moon) -> New Armstrong (Blue Origin rocket to do reusable lunar launches)
