I think you nailed it right there. People have not hit those "limits" and are okay with what they see on the platform. Since there is no decent, the people are OK with Facebook's handling of cleaning content.

[Assuming you mean "dissent".] I see plenty of complaining about what Facebook doesn't allow... like the article we're referring to for example. I even see some on Facebook, especially about the breastfeeding policy.
