It's sad that it is seen as "exceptional" to mourn (and not celebrate) the deaths of innocent people.
- AsyncAwait 10y agoI don't think that was what was meant, rather it was "exceptional" given the past relationship of the two nations. Also, is the only other option of not mourning to celebrate?
