According to this [1] article the abstention rate is near 44% for Greek votes. It seems making it easier doesn't not necessarily make it more inclusive. Here in the states I always vote absentee. I get my ballot, fill it out, and drop it in the mailbox. I'm not sure how they can make this process easier without it being online or making the postage free.
