It's a SaaS and most customers don't even know or care that we are not in the US.
I guess it varies depending on the type of business you are in.
- flipchart 10y agoFor South Africans it's more complex: we literally are not (legally) allowed to charge in any currency except ZAR (our local currency). When you're a small bootstrapped startup on the bottom of the world, charging in a relatively unknown currency doesn't sit well with international customers
