Can Facebook be held accountable under monopoly laws? They are too big and too influential for our own good.
- daveloyall 10y agoAntitrust laws. (I believe that is what monopoly laws are called.) I don't think that will work. We're gonna have to make new laws, the social media laws. ...Never thought I'd type that! :)
- whamlastxmas 10y agoThis generally applies when they do something that prevents competition. If Facebook made it difficult or impossible for you to use other social media websites, then maybe.
