- gumby 10y agothis was to address a concern someone had that a CC makes it hard for them to manage their finances. So the idea is to make the CC basically a proxy for their checkbook, so they could get the benefits of cash/checking in contexts where a card was required -- an avoid getting screwed by the debit card rules.
