This simply can't be legal in the EU, can it?
- heisenbit 10y agoIn the EU the consumer is protected to a degree. In any case from what I gather we are looking here at a B2B and not B2C transaction. In B2B land company can get away legally with other terms as it is assumed they are dealing on more equal terms.
