Well, let's be honest - Dell has no excuse for not allowing returns on these items. That's unbelievable, tbh. One of the reasons I buy most of this kind of stuff from Amazon.
- benologist 10y agoHow is it even legal? Consumer protection laws are a thing in tons of countries specifically to stop companies exploiting people with eg, unfair refund policies... Steam/Valve recently learned that the hard way in Australia, Apple in Europe etc.
- user5994461 10y agoThe product mentioned are expensive entreprisey products, mostly sold business-to-business. The europeans laws offer little protection to companies. Consumer laws apply only when selling directly to consumers.
