Right now i have these softwares open :
Omnigraffle (UML design), Transmit (yes, poor me i need an FTP client), Google Quick Search Box, TinyGrab (Dead simple tool for sending screenshots. highly recommended), MacVim.
For versionning i use Git and for Project Management i use my own web app. (soon to be shown here)
