I don't know, I'm 27 but for a lot of major decisions in my life, "what would mom and dad say about this" has been a factor.
- Shanea93 10y agoAnecdotally, at 23, I don't have (and have never had) a father and my mother lives in another country, whenever I consider any decision and the morality of it, I ask myself "do I want to be the kind of person who does this? Can I look at myself in the mirror if I do?"
- trakout 10y agoThat's just not the case for everyone, however.
