It's amazing how blind businesses seem to be to this. I remember a recruiter talking to my class of engineers, making this same complaints about millenials, and how selfish they are in regards to their relationship to their employers. Seriously, what did you expect when you jumped on this band wagon? You change the rules, but the game is supposed to be the same? Nope. Funnily enough, I think this trend might actually help bump the real value of wages, at least for some people. Those who are willing to be mobile will do pretty well.
