I can see the obvious trademark issue since he used the facebook name. But I don't get why you bring up the ToS. Those are irrelevant outside of FB's website.

Facebook could close the accounts of people who use AdBlockers.

  Yeah, but they can't close the Google Web Store account of someone who develops an ad-blocker.
