This device: https://www.pycom.io/solutions/py-boards/lopy/ https://www.pycom.io/solutions/py-boards/lopy/ is based on ESP32 and is running Micropython; I don't know if their port will be fully open source, though. They've said that they want to contribute as much as possible back to the micropython project, I think?
