If you want to expand your brain even more, try making a self-hosting Forth compiler.
- david-given 10y agoWhat do you mean by self-hosting, here? You compile the compiler with itself? Isn't this just cross-compilation? (Which, I should add, mine doesn't support. My compiler is written in Forth, but it isn't compiler isn't compiled in Forth --- the Forth subset it's written in is precompiled ahead of time. With awk.)
