I can tell you that is doesn't work. I used to ride around on a very loud yellow motorcycle, my light on constantly. I would still get stupid cunts pull out of junctions directly in front of me and often have people open car doors into my path while parked. Sometimes it felt like I was being driven at, it gives you a bit of a complex and you start to ride extremely offensively at all times.
