I used to own a Saab, and a lot of the time they could cram in generic parts instead of needing special saab parts. Why get a hideously expensive Saab radiator

I used to own a Saab, and a lot of the time they could cram in generic parts instead of needing special saab parts. Why get a hideously expensive Saab radiator when the mechanic can pull a generic radiator off the shelf and be installing it right way? I don't see that working quite as well with a Tesla.
