- Koshkin 10y agoThere will always be a minimum age for everything. Simply because age is a positive number.
- karamazov 10y agoIt's a non-negative number.
- cperciva 10y agoWith probability 1, everybody has a positive age.
- reddytowns 10y agoWith a probability 1, a randomly chosen real number between 1 and 10 is not 3.
- cperciva 10y agoYes.

- chiaro 10y agoThere should at least be maximum age limits for the supreme court. Pushing people to retain their positions despite entering positions where mental faculties are degenerating for entirely political ends is a horrific outcome. For comparison, judges of the UK supreme court resign at 70/75. Australian judges resign at 70. Canadian judges resign at 75. If the US had rules similar to any of these countries, there would currently be 4 vacancies on the court.
- wombatpm 10y agoThere is however a max age for Pope. Cardinals who are > 80 cannot be consider for the role of Pontiff nor can the vote in the election process.
- flukus 10y agoI think it's ridiculous there is a minimum age at all. Sure I wouldn't vote for a 21 year old, but there is no reason they should be excluded from running.
