I agree that what you describe should not be considered a serious charge. I think it would be better labeled as prejudice, but that's just semantics. I think that treating people differently because you think their category has a different moral worth should be a serious charge. This might be racism, sexism or a number of other things. (and perhaps I am being to broad) Edit: To clarify, my point is that there needs to be a proper label for people who are willfully biased against other races. There needs to be a term that is an implicit insult.
