Really surprised nobody has mentioned How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie yet. IMO, required reading for understanding and communicating with people.
- rezashirazian 10y agoI was about to mention it. I still find it hard sometimes not to get into long winded arguments with people, but after reading this book I've gotten much better at picking my battles.
