That works, but feature set is limited to mobile version. I.e. it's not a full Vulkan support yet. Proper support is listed here as an upcoming item: https://trello.com/b/gHooNW9I/ue4-roadmap https://trello.com/b/gHooNW9I/ue4-roadmap (Vulkan support for SM5 features). I'm interested in the ETA.
