Why not make a phone call instead of sending a voice message?

- Normal_gaussian 10y agoI briefly worked with a Russian who would do this, and the asynchronousity was the reason he gave. It was super annoying to be around him when he did it; at least it was Russian, if it was English it would be very distracting.
