Ask HN: Anyone use Quattro?

I've used admob for awhile and signed up for adwhirl yesterday. Then I signed up for Quattro. Every time I go to the Quattro analytics to see any reporting of ANYTHING, it says "under construction". Does anyone else see this? Is it temporary? Has it been like this for awhile? Until I know, I've switched admob to 100% of my allocation. Thanks.
