I don't think I've heard of a '9-5' factory job.
- Symbiote 10y agoI had an 8-4 job one summer, when I worked temp jobs for an agency at various factories. But the rest were 7-3, 12-8 or something in order to make multiple shifts fit.
- dugditches 10y agoMen are just machines. Most factories want 24 hours of production, some 7 days a week. It's almost always rotating 3 shifts of 8hr(days, afternoons, midnights) or 2 shifts of 12hr(days or midnights).
