My company is also using 1Password for Teams, but found it surprisingly hard to get everyone to use the same naming scheme. At my company there are few existing 1Password users (personal license) who already maintain a large database of passwords. Then someone link team vault to their 1Password. Open the All Vaults view. OCD kicks in. Chaos ensues. (e.g. "news.ycombinator.com/username" vs "Hacker News" vs "news.ycombinator.com" vs "Hacker News/username" vs etc.)
