The government currently tells businesses how to build their buildings, how to run their safety code, their hygiene policies etc.
I'm not endorsing this level of micro-management, but it certainly allows recourse for negligence and malpractice.
- wyager 10y agoAre you really saying that regulating hygiene is comparable to regulating speech? In what way is allowing open discourse negligent or "malpractice"?
