It's 256MB, apparently. The article says 2Gb(256MB) per die, for a total of 512MB, but http://furbo.org/2010/04/03/benchmarking-in-your-lap/ http://furbo.org/2010/04/03/benchmarking-in-your-lap/ tested it and it's 256MB. I'm not sure where iFixit gets the idea there would be two dies.
