You don't seem like someone who's going to be happy working for someone else with nothing else going on. Why don't you find a small but enjoyable project that you can do on the side of your new job? Make it something you can build in a month or two tops without having to quit your job, take a cofounder, or raise money. Also, make it something that could feasibly generate monthly revenues of $500+. Worst-case scenario you'll learn a lot. Maybe you'll even hit on something that you can turn into a nice business.
