You're being downvoted for the unhelpful 'redneck startups?' comment, but I am actually curious what the cause of that large circle is! There is no city right there. (Although amusingly, not too far away are places named Mountain View and Manila, both of whose namesakes house a lot of developers.) Update: I took a look at the source for this Qwartz story, and their graphic doesn't show that interesting circle. There's nothing at that tri-state intersection.
