No description? Just download these random zips, run the exe's? I assume this is just a bin icon for the tray so you can get rid of the desktop icon which used to bug me too. My solution was to add the recycle bin to "Quick Access" section of Explorer where I kept other common folders. You get all the right-click functionality too.
