It's common policy for a company to require employees to take their leave beyond a certain accumulation. It's good for the financial health of the company but importantly it's good for the employees to be rested. It should be reasonable of course, but yes it makes alot of sense to have a company policy that you can't let leave accumulate beyond a certain amount.
