- Loic 10y agoThis game industry study is a really really nice study. They take the time to analyse the effects of crunch/overtime at different levels and if voluntary or not. The first time I see such nice study for programming/creative work. We had many aggregate studies or on production lines, but not so much for creative work. Really a recommended read.
