Ask HN: Where to locate your corporate blog?

Hi guys -- interested in fielding opinion on where you locate your content marketing, and whether there is any best practice around this? I'm keen to bring in visitors to one my of side projects (http://findemailsteam.com), and wanted to do some content marketing, and so write a blog. Do you tend to install Wordpress at /blog, and steer people back to the homepage from there; or write for Medium -- where there is an existing audience -- and rely on the byline; or some combination of the two? Or even a third option? Thanks! -J
