I experience the same issue with Apple's Storage mechanism on the iPhone. I have 0 photos, but my Storage/Usage says that I'm using ~100+ MB...
- tomassre 10y agoI had this same issue (a while ago). I believe the solution was to turn back on icloud photos and then your photos show up in the photos app where you can delete them, and then turn off icloud photos again (convenient)
