I agree with that. Last ~1-2hours in job I feel bored and everything is not so productive than it should. I would like to work in/create place where engineers

I agree with that. Last ~1-2hours in job I feel bored and everything is not so productive than it should. I would like to work in/create place where engineers work for ~30h a week including lunch/coffee time. I think with that kind of work everyone would be happy and could easly balance work/life
