What about BSD? There are alternatives out there that doesn't require GNU.
- loup-vaillant 17y agoBesides the kernel, BSD systems aren't entirely GNU free. (They use at least gcc.) You could change the kernel, but replacing GNU is harder. When LLVM and the related projects are ready, that will be another story.
