Not sure where I stand in this one but when we removed a distribution list for all the condo owners, all the negativity which usually comes from few people stopped and all the owners lived happily ever after. So maybe taking some of the online discourse out it is not as bad as we think. People now come to condo meetings to talk about burning issues.
