In what world are old text messages or Twitter posts better technical artifacts than commit messages or tests? The latter are directly tied to the code expression, include a clear history, and are easily discoverable when looking for the source of an issue or the explanation. This is so wrong that I'm wondering if I'm reading the chart incorrectly.
