I suspect that, like any other simplistic and too-obvious-to-be-interesting theory, this one too will never go beyond the question of whether birds fly. Just a slightly improved expert system. And good luck in entering all the rules of the world and watching your "AI" failing at the most simple questions such as "what time is it?" or "what was my previous question?" - questions that even kids can answer.
